Virginia firm working on new device to enable police detect texting drivers

The Virginia firm is now working on a supposed radar gun with the ability to detect if the person driving a vehicle is texting while driving.
This new invention would be on the best improvements to protect the innocent drivers from possible harm by distracted drivers.
However, the problem with this radar gun is that it isn't able to tell between a texting passenger or a texting driver, it reads the radio waves that are sent off from a vehicle when a message is sent.
This radar gun isn't ready for use though it still needs legal approvement, and needs to have a willing law enforcement to take in the creation
