Copyright, if not used correctly, is a dangerous and tricky on the web or anywhere overall. If you are using a copyrighted name or logo that is already being used, the person who own the name or logo can fine you or overall shut down you company or website. However there are some ways that you can use a copyrighted logo or name. If you are using the name for you're brand new website and you ask permission from the person who originally own the name and they say "yes" them you are allowed to use the name.
