Nike Introduces HyperAdapt 1.0 to the Public
- The HyperAdapt 1.0 is a self-lacing system that is triggered when you place your foot inside the shoe.
- There is a sensor underneath the heel padding, once your heal triggers the sensor, the laces tighten automatically. Other sensors on the side adjust the fit of the shoe.
- Nike designer sees the HyperAdapt as a perfect solution for athletic competitions, so that no laces become loose or untie anymore.

Rythm Dreem claims to be first wearable that improves sleep quality
- The Dreem doubles as a brainwave-reading machine, and operates as an EEG-measuring device.
- The machine measures breathing rhythms and brain activity while you sleep.
- It also can predict what stage of sleep you're in as well.
- The Dreem syncs with Android and Iphone for sleep data.

Super Bowl 50 was the most "connected" Super Bowl in history
- EyeVision 360 uses 36 cameras capable of giving viewers a 360-degree view of the action. Instant replays will be able to “freeze” a play and examine it from all sides before returning to the action. Fans will also be able to see the game from players’ perspectives, thanks to 16 cameras housed in pylons—a technology less than a year old—all of them embedded with microphones to give the game’s audio a richer, more natural feel.
